Interesting little program that tells you why that program you just installed wants to be reboot your system. In the case of my WinAMP upgrade, it showed absolutely nothing that needed to be done, even though WinAMP wanted to reboot. WinAMP works quite well without the reboot. Go figure! It's now in my \bin32\.
