Things that don't work under Vista  

Adobe Acrobat - can't validate
Adobe Acrobat Reader - can't install (stalls at .01% done!)
sync - access denied
clearmem - can't access flush files.
at - access denied
att - overlapped IO is in progress!
A bunch of ps* tools, access denied.
