Robert Scoble is wrong

Scobleizer - Tech Geek Blogger

I understand Robert's push for vlogging, because that is the point that he's trying to evangelize push now. The issues (and I know he's addressed them before here.

No scanning/skimming is a big problem for me. I just don't have time. Maybe I'll watch something around 3 minutes, but a lot of stuff that I click on that is longer, I just say screw it, and skip it completely.

Meanwhile Dave Winer is talking about going the other way with RSS feeds for his mobile phone. Make it fit that small screen!

Me? I'll be happy when I get my ultimate computer, a transparent sheet plastic no thicker than a CD/DVD or less of whatever size that I want that charges off whatever it can, light, radio, whatever. Touch sensitive instead of a mouse, with at least a couple of terabytes of storage. You queue up a bunch of files for somebody, then put the two "sheets" together and the speed increases as the area of overlap increases.
