Friday cat and bird blogging
I don't have pictures, but Grizelle brought in a wren this morning.
I woke up and got on the computer, and then heard The_Rose get up and go to the bathroom where I promptly heard an "Oh shit!"
Turns out Grizelle had caught the wren, and released it in the bathroom. I had to search for it, as it ended up hiding behind the shampoo bottles on a rack in the shower tub. I threw a towel around it, and gently got it trapped, whereupon I took it outside through the front door, set the towel down on the ground, and gently lifted the towel to free the bird. The bird promply made a bee line for the cedar tree in our front line, where it managed to gather its wits before going on with the rest of its day.
