Well, it's currently 02:00 CET, July 30th, 2006. Their site isn't working.

Backgroud - Rarlab is giving away free unupgradeable registrations to their Winrar 3.51 compression programs all day July 30th, 2006. They obviously screwed up in anticipating the demand for this. I also predict that their next version 3.60 will be released in less than 30 days (I've already seen it in beta...)

Update: I did manage to get the key downloaded, although I could also get just about anybody's key with the URL they gave out. I guess they really don't care that much.
