The spam I get…
Hi Bryan,This is from a spam email I got today. I have to laugh. The location on Google maps is 77 S. High St, Columbus, Ohio. It's the green roofed 40 story office building, otherwise known as SOT II (State Office Tower) or the Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts. More information here.

Basically, they are offering me a mortgage on the office building where I used to work at. And that was about 7 years ago that I last worked there. Evidently I used the email address for some tech publication that associated my email with that address, which had to be some time ago, before we had email that was connected to the Internet. It's also funny that they assume the location is a home.
