Personal and small business information manager: Get organized, Backpack

I thought that I would try this out. Turns out that I screwed up a link, and royally screwed up a page I was working on. Now, technical support is only available to paying customers, but they have a forum available. I've signed up for the forum, and am currently awaiting my password. Now, when I originally signed up for this service, why wasn't I automatically signed up for the forum? But I went ahead and signed up. Still no password. Can't email support on a fucking bug report, because I'm not a paying customer.

At this point, I don't want to be a paying customer. If my playing around in 5 to 10 minutes means I've really broke it good, I'm scared of what could really happen. Blogger, a free service (that I'm also having issues with right now) is able to handle support, and handle bug reports, for those of use who use their free service. Not only that, but Blogger also intercepts the kind of error that I made in the first place. And I can tell that I'm not the only one that's having a similar problem. I'm not impressed. Not by the software at this point, and certainly not by their policies. Evidently, this is one site that I'm probably going to have to write off, especially since I can't seem to login to the fucking forums.
